On the Agency Billing Reconcile Variance page (Administrative > Billing > Agency Billing Reconcile Variance) there is a checkbox for "Show Where Checks Not Received Yet" which will pull all outstanding balances including those that have not received any checks yet. Most of the time when using this report, this box will be checked as they want to include all their outstanding balances. Having this box automatically checked would be more beneficial than how it currently sits which is to leave it unchecked.
