Reporting Case Management - Expanded features for Contact Check report on Branch Manager Home Page

Would be lovely if the following could be added to this report:

-intervals of 2 and 3 (currently, smallest interval is 4) or a date range search

-Case Load total and Total Hours listed at bottom of report

- ability to print or export search results. The format of the Case Worker Minimum Standards Report would work well.

    Good morning Ruth, have you looked at the Service Contact Billing on the Branch Manager Home Page. It offers you the abilities you are looking for with this idea. You can take the results right into excel and look at them in many different ways. With this report you can do all case managers at once also. The supervisor home page also has this report plus another one that sorts the results by type of contact. There are columns for hourly billing information, however those columns would show zero as you do not do hourly billing. Check it out and let me know what you think.

    There is also a report on the Report Date Range Start Page in the Report Branch, Program and Dates section called Contact Productivity of Users. This report will show all users who have entered time during your search criteria and simply shows you how many hours of contacts the users enter by type of contact. With this report though you cannot know what the users case load looks like.
