Reporting Case Management - Clinical Item Export Tool
Create an export/data dump for clinical items on a client much like we already have for client care, incidents, etc. This way the staff can export to Excel and then sort/filter as needed.
The export tool will need to have a filter that says only placed clients or all clients, during date range. The risk with this is clinical items are not ended when a client is discharged. So a client that was discharged in 2018 could have their clinical items show up in 2019 if we don't consider their discharge date. Additional filters would be,
Clinical Plan Name
Case Management Agency
Agency Billing Agency
Custody Holder
Date Range.
Returning Data Filter - allow the users to select the data returned based off of the Clinical Plan selected.
