So would this be it.

For clarification, when you say supervisor, we would have to show the person they report to.

Ruth, Now that I am done laughing I can type my response. A grand total would be nice.

That is a great improvement! However, it���s a little embarrassing taking my shoes off for simple math. How about adding a total for all 3 types of clients combined as well? :D

LOC Total would be the sum of all the numbers in the "Count" column listed in the LOC Summary table.  For our agency, this would end up being the current client total for foster care and services. I suppose some agencies don't use LOC, so maybe it would be better to have current client totals by program at the bottom of the report instead of a total for the LOC Summary table.

We would like a total client count by program on the Case Worker Assignment Report. :)

Can you clarify what mean by LOC Total Count. The LOC summary section gives the number of clients by LOC. The report also gives at each case manager counts of clients by LOC. I am not sure what else you are looking for.

LOC Total Count would be for the LOC Summary section at the bottom of the report.
