We would like for adding contact types within the agency level to execute to children in placement. Currently, if we end a contact type then add it back to the system or add a new contact type at the agency level, we then have to add it individually to every child in placement.

The reverse of this would also need to be addressed. If you end one at an agency level have the system end for every client also.
