In TN, children under 3 require a physical exam (EPSDT) at Birth, 2-4 days old, 1 month old, 2 months old, 4 months old, 6 months old, 9 months old, 12 months old, 15 months old, 18 months old, 24 months old and 30 months old. We will initially set this up so the supervisor approves a visit and manually sets the next due date, but it would benefit us to avoid human error and have a better way to set this item up in the system, even if that means making many 1 time events based on a more specific age.
